Roles and Responsibilities
Personal care: Rinsing hair after hair wash, assistance if required getting out of the bath.
May need extra help after being in hospital.
Housework: Laundry/ possibly cooking- healthy food.
Accessing the community: Attending appointments/visiting gardens and castles.
Managing pain management- helping with medication.
Home admin- filing documents. Help with budgeting and sticking to the budget.
Safety: Maintaining a hazard free environment.
Helping her go through coping strategies.
Prompting me to be independent and maintain a routine.
About Me
I am very energetic, enthusiastic individual but do suffer from depression- my low moods and actions, sometimes don't reflect me personally. I volunteer at a garden centre and ice hockey club.
I drive and have a disability car.
Hobbies and Interests
Loves gardening, plants and foresting. Loves animals. Love visiting farms/gardens and castles.
