Project Support Officer Duration - 6 Months with scope to extend Location - Warwick/Hybrid About the role We are seeking a Project Support Officer with a proactive and positive approach to join our team. This role will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of projects. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. You will be working closely with the PMO in supporting the Programme Team on a variety of tasks, and will need to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the PMO and project team. To include scheduling and coordinating meetings. Maintain access requests for a Sharepoint site. Assist with onboarding new project team members, including arranging IT equipment and delivering induction information. Maintain a Resources Tracker, ensuring Security requirements are met by all team members. Maintain a Holiday Tracker to give the Programme Manager and Project Managers awareness of team availability. Support with team-wide IT issues by communicating with the IT team to resolve issues. Facilitate Change Requests, supporting Project Managers through an established process, tracking the process, and seeking and keeping records of approvals.
