Responsibilities
* Carry out mechanical and electrical diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on classic (e.g. split‑screen, Beetle) and modern Volkswagen Group vehicles (VW, Audi, Seat, Škoda).
* Fabrication and welding work to support body modifications or camper builds.
* Support resprays, interior installations, and full conversion processes (e.g. plumbing, electrics, upholstering).
* Collaborate directly with Mike and customers to understand bespoke build requirements and offer tailored solutions.
* Prepare vehicles for MOTs and provide accurate service documentation.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
* Occasionally assist with trade purchasing and parts requests to support ongoing builds and repairs.
Qualifications & Skills
* Qualified automotive technician (e.g. NVQ Cat II/III or equivalent).
* Proven experience working on Volkswagen vehicles or similar German marques.
* Proficiency in mechanical systems, electrical diagnostics, and fabrication/welding.
* Experience with campervan or van conversions is highly advantageous.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
