You dont need to have previous office experience to be a good fit for this opportunity, just have customer service experience, gained in any environment, solid IT skills and a problem-solving approach. In this varied role, you will be fully supported to learn the company products and services, allowing you to become fully proficient at: Advising customers over the phone Dealing with customer complaints Spotting opportunities to offer customers additional products General office admin Updating customer records Updating systems Updating and despatching customer documentation Processing customer complaints. About you You'll be experienced delivering a first class customer service and be able to pick up new systems and information with ease.
