Customer Success Coordinator: We are seeking a technically minded person with highly professional, confident communication skills willing to share our passion for delivering innovative composite processing solutions to our global customer base. Self-motivated, you will enjoy working in a small sales team dealing with inbound enquiries (No cold calling/no lead generation).
As the Customer Success Coordinator, you will follow up on leads from UK and international customers using various channels, including telephone, email, and presentations.
After initial engagement, you will ensure a seamless and positive customer journey by maintaining regular contact, preparing quotes and proposals, and providing ongoing support to our valued long-term customers.
This role involves extensive communication, with the ability to proactively engage with multiple customers simultaneously.
You will act as a vital link between our customers and internal teams, helping to build lasting relationships, manage expectations, and uphold our high professional standards.
Ideally suited to someone from an SME technical or manufacturing background, this is a new role within our growing company, offering opportunities for personal growth and development. You will become a core part of our team, company, and future growth.
