Our client's Wills, Trusts & Estates team is expanding, and seeking a 1-3 PQE solicitor to join their Chambers and L500 ranked practice. This is an exceptional chance to build your technical expertise on a full range of non-contentious private client matters.
In the role you will:
* Draft and prepare Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Advise on estate administration, including inheritance tax and IHT account preparation
* Manage your own caseload under expert supervision
* Collaborate with both our non-contentious and contentious teams on complex matters
* Participate in team and firmwide business-development activities
