ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to exciting growth in our client base within In-house Legal, we are looking to hire a quality-focused Delivery Consultant to join our London office.
The role will support the Head of Legal Recruitment in delivering a wide variety of search mandates for clients, working on roles across different jurisdictions and primarily Mid to Senior level roles up to General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer.
The responsibilities include candidate sourcing activities such as direct messaging, headhunting, writing creative job ads, managing applications, and using various tools to identify and engage candidates.
You will work directly with Clients and Candidates to deliver on each search, including qualifying calls, running LeonidLive video interviews, and collating data to produce Search Reports.
There will be opportunities to assist with business development activities using our tech-stack, such as market mapping, salary research, and talent insights.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Approximately 1–3 years of experience as a Researcher or Consultant, ideally in Executive Search/Legal or other professional services sectors.
* Full fluency in English; additional languages are a plus but not required.
* Strong computer literacy; experience with CRMs and spreadsheets is beneficial as training on our tools will be provided.
* High ethical standards, operating with honesty and integrity.
* Ability to manage your own workflow with flexibility, focusing on output.
