We are seeking a full-time Helpdesk Operator (Nights) to join our Facilities Management team at West Middlesex University Hospital in Isleworth. This is a permanent night position working 40 hours per week from 21:00 to 05:00, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Provide a professional helpdesk service to the Hospital and Equans E&S contracts.
* Receive calls in hours and out of hours in a professional manner.
* Support the planned maintenance programme by printing off job dockets and returning to the system when complete.
* Provide a professional approach towards customers and their needs.
* Provide administration support to the department.
* Work nights 21:00 to 05:00, with a one-hour paid break.
The person
* Experience of providing excellent customer service, ideally on a helpdesk.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and management systems).
* Well organised and able to prioritise workload.
* Ability to multi-task in a busy work environment.
* Knowledge of a CAFM system (Maximo) desirable.
