Aim of the Central Events Manager (non-operational) role
* Be responsible for overseeing and having an understanding for all events at all properties
* To work closely with the Events team on property to ensure the smooth running of events
* To minimise any external cost and to maintain expenses within agreed budget lines
* To provide accurate reports on weekly activity undertaken and activity for the future
* To assist production of monthly review on sales results
* Responsible for the team on a daily basis
* Work with the Commercial Director to maximise revenue in all areas of the business
Central Events Manager (non-operational) – About you
* Experience managing in a busy high end events department
* Confident ability in managing financials of a business
* You will have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and confident in communicating with the team
* Have excellent understanding of Opera and Salesforce
