You will manage a number of client accounts, working closely with the Account Manager and the wider Node4 organisation to deliver ‘Exceptional Service as a Standard’. This is a multi-department coordination role that focusses on delivering exceptional service for new and existing clients. You will act as the central point of contact for service delivery related issues for your aligned accounts. What will you bring? Required Skills and qualifications English & Maths GCSE, grade C or above (or equiv) ITIL qualifications (Desired) Security Clearance (Desired depending on account alignment) Strong experience as a Service Delivery Manager Experience of using MS products (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/Outlook Personal attributes Excellent verbal, written, and face-to-face communication skills. Strong time management and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Effective communicator, adaptable to different audiences. Skilled in presentation preparation and delivery. Strong organisational and numerical abilities Team player capable of working across diverse departments. Passion for technology and business.
