BMSL Group are recruiting for a Workshop Coordinator to support our clients design and workshop teams in delivering high-quality, on-time projects. Our client are an electrical mechanical engineering contractor. Mechanical, Electrical engineering knowledge or background would be ideal but not essential. This role is based in Neath. What you’ll do: * Coordinate project activities, resources, and schedules * Maintain project documentation and generate progress reports * Manage workshop personnel and support procurement processes * Act as a key communication link between teams and stakeholders * Support quality assurance and compliance efforts What you’ll bring: * Experience in project coordination, ideally in the electrical or engineering sector * Strong organisational and communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) * Ability to read technical drawings and manage resources effectively Salary: £45K - £55K If you are interested in this job role please apply with your CV to receive a call to discuss further
