Job Description: Operations Manager
Location: Gateshead & Sunderland
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 21 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £45,000 per annum (pro rata)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Operations Manager to lead and oversee a high-performing team delivering Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services across Gateshead and Sunderland.
You will manage a multidisciplinary team including Employment Specialists, Partnership Engagement staff, Frontline Managers, and Administrators driving performance, ensuring quality, and promoting person-centred, recovery-focused support.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring adherence to the IPS model while achieving financial, performance, and quality targets set by the commissioner. You will play a key leadership role in embedding best practice, supporting professional development, and ensuring consistent delivery standards across multiple sites.
This position involves regular travel across the region and requires a hands-on, resilient leader with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
