About The Role
We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Variable Hours Art Technician to join our team in The Art and Design department.
Reporting to the Art Technician Team Leader, you will actively organise a high-quality, responsive service which enables learners to explore the arts and meet their life and work goals. You will support all areas of the busy department, assisting the Art Technician Team Leader as part of the expressive arts technical support team, and help with sales activities in our Gallery shop and materials sales in the Art Shop.
The visual art department, known as the Richmond Art School, has contemporary, purpose-built art and design facilities, and provides a wide range of qualification and non-accredited courses from beginner to advanced level, including Ceramics, Painting, Jewellery, Sculpture, Glass, Woodwork, Print, Fashion and more.
Duties will be carried out with due regard for Health and Safety, COSHH and Risk Assessment policies and procedures.

* Experience across a number of Art disciplines
