Job Overview
Mitie is seeking a Retail Security Officer capable of delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe shopping environment free from crime for customers and colleagues.
It is preferable to hold a current SIA license or certificates, though training for a license can be provided in some circumstances.
Vetting
A full 5-year checkable employment/education history is required; failure to provide this may result in withdrawal of offer or termination of employment.
Main Duties
* Deliver industry-leading customer service
* Deter violence and public order offences
* Conduct patrols of the store
* Utilize CCTV systems to support crime reduction and stock loss prevention
* Liaise with store management teams
* Coordinate with Police and crime partnerships to support crime reduction
* Wear Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety and crime reduction
