We are looking for a Personal Injury Claims adjuster to join our Motor PI team based in Leeds. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, engage with both internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to our collaborative and inclusive culture.

The role
* Investigate and resolve Motor Personal Injury claims, providing excellent claims handling with minimal leakage.
* Identify and investigate coverage issues to ensure liability aligns with contractual commitments.
* Identify subrogation, contribution, and recovery issues, pursuing them when appropriate.
* Manage claims to resolve and settle them economically.
* Respond to stakeholder requests within agreed timeframes to ensure good service.
* Flag complaints and ensure fair treatment of customers.
* Maintain knowledge of claims portfolio to support underwriting and claims decisions.
* Accurately reserve to clarify liabilities.
* Handle own caseload efficiently for prompt and effective claims processing.
About You
* Excellent investigative skills.
* Experience with policy coverage and liability negotiations.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Relationship management skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office applications.
