We are seeking individuals with a special ability to support and guide young people. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of children while providing day-to-day support in a custodial setting.

This role requires empathy and understanding, effective decision-making abilities, and strong communication and influencing skills. You will work closely with other professionals and organisations to collectively improve outcomes.
The initial training is 37 hours a week, followed by various shift patterns that include evenings, some nights, weekends, and public holidays. Your annual salary will reflect your weekly hours.
