We’re working with a fantastic SEND school looking for a Teaching Assistant to support a pupil 1:1. It’s all about consistency, care, and building trust over time.
What you’ll be doing
* Offering consistent 1:1 support throughout the day
* Helping the pupil engage with learning activities
* Supporting behaviour in a calm, positive way
* Working closely with school staff and specialists
* Encouraging confidence and independence
What we’re looking for
* Experience with SEND or transferable support experience
* A patient and nurturing approach
* Someone reliable and emotionally aware
* Strong communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
