Reservations Manager - Luxury Brasserie
Location: Hammersmith & Fulham
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team as a Reservations Manager at a high-volume establishment in West London. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong background in restaurant floor management, exceptional hospitality skills, and proficiency with reservation management software.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the establishment, with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality.
* Manage reservations and seating arrangements using 7Rooms and Tripleseat software.
* Lead from the front by working the door and reception, greeting guests, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
* Train and mentor front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
* Assist with administrative tasks and office duties as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience (4+ years) in high-volume establishments, preferably in a restaurant floor management role.
* Proficiency with reservation management software such as 7Rooms and Tripleseat.
* Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
* Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example and work effectively under pressure.
* Ideally based in West London or able to commute easily to the location.
* Previous experience in a restaurant floor role is highly desirable.
