Responsibilities
* Handle inbound enquiries and ensure smooth planning and implementation of all events across Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin York.
* Assist the M&E Manager in driving revenue by maximizing meeting room occupancy and catering revenue.
* Optimize client relationships and collaborate with key managers across the two hotels.
Qualifications
* Organized self‑starter with excellent communication skills and eye for detail.
* Experience in a similar property beneficial; a positive personality and ability to think on your feet essential.
