Job Summary and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Romans seeks a Property Management Admin Support to join our dedicated team in Wokingham. Experience is beneficial but not essential. You will ensure our customers receive excellent service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the compliance manager and property managers administratively
* Booking property visits
* Communicating with customers via phone and email
* Data entry into CRM and Microsoft Office
* Preparing Excel spreadsheets to high standards
* Photocopying, scanning, filing
* Running errands
* Taking and transcribing meeting minutes
Candidate Requirements:

* Organizational skills, time management, attention to detail
