We’re currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Operations Administrator to join our Head Office Team. The role will be based in our Prestwich office and with a starting salary of £24,000. Let's talk about the role, it involves: As an Operations Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our departments. You’ll assist with administrative projects, operational efficiencies, and cross-team support, making this a highly varied role with plenty of room for growth and development. Key Responsibilities; Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient business operations Manage and process invoices for the sales side of the business Maintain and update solicitor records for transaction tracking Assist in preparing figures and reports Collate and report weekly figures across all departments Monitor and manage online reviews to maintain our positive reputation Manage aged debt for Sales and Lettings Administer Subject Access Requests System Onboarding Administration Support We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too! Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business. High level of professionalism, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
