About the Role
Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic and safe experience! Your keen attention to detail will be crucial as you monitor the pool and flumes, all while engaging with guests and delivering top-notch customer service.
In this role, you’ll not only keep our guests safe but also promote and run exciting poolside activities, creating unforgettable memories for everyone. If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need by enrolling you in the NPLQ course.
About You
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who naturally connect with a diverse range of people. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Strong Swimmer: You should be confident in the water and able to monitor the pool effectively, especially during busy times.

Attention to Detail: Your keen eye will help ensure the safety of our guests.

Team Player: While you’ll work alongside a fantastic team, there will be times when you’ll supervise areas independently.

Flexibility: Our business operates 7 days a week, so reliability and punctuality are essential.
If you have a lifeguard qualification, we’d love to hear from you! If not, we’re excited to support you in obtaining your NPLQ certification.
