The Role:
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils with a variety of additional needs, such as autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties
Help to create a positive, inclusive learning environment where all children can thrive
Gain invaluable experience for careers in teaching, educational psychology, or SEN support
Who Should Apply?
This role is ideal for graduates with a background in:
Psychology
Education Studies, Childhood Studies, or related fields
Or any degree discipline, provided you have a genuine desire to work with children and young people
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
A graduate (from 2023, 2024, or graduating in 2025)
Passionate about supporting children with additional needs as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
Patient, proactive, and adaptable
Local to or able to commute to Halesowen and surrounding areas
