Position
The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) is seeking a HR Data and Governance Lead. You will join the Corporate Services Group responsible for the delivery of Corporate Services to the MCA.

Qualifications
* Experience leading people data analysis and reporting, and assurance in a complex organisation
* Experience overseeing governance, risk, audit and compliance processes
* Strong financial management capability including oversight of budgets
* Applied experience using Power BI, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate or equivalent tools
* Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder demands, negotiate priorities and influence decisions
