Altum Consulting are pleased to be working exclusively with a residential development/management business based in London to secure an Accounts Administrator. Our client is backed by a well-known Private Equity fund and has become one of the UK's premier PRS/BTR providers. Due to recent round of investment, the company is now looking to expand their finance function.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Coding invoices into the Accounting Software
* Performing Weekly payment runs
* Ensuring monthly developer invoices are paid on time.
* Reconciling Paying PAYE and NI control accounts
* Daily bank reconciliation
* Keeping record of VAT elected sites
* Verifying sub-contractors for CIS
* Preparing CIS returns
* Credit card reconciliation
* Processing staff expenses
* Inter-company invoicing for reimbursements and recharges
What you'll be/have:
* A minimum of 2 year's Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
* Experience using Yardi accounting software
* Experience within the property industry
* Experience with CIS and VAT
