Hours: Monday to Friday, set days or set back shift available 40-44 hours (dependent on role/work area) standard per week. Rate: £16-£21.83 per hour - Dependent on experience and shift with overtime available at 1.5 Job Overview To work from shop drawings to weld/fabricate a range of pipe configurations while applying various methods to produce high quality welds. Key Responsibilities: * To read/interpret drawings. * Use precision measurement instruments. * Use of metal cutting and grinding equipment. * Adhere to company welding procedures and ensure proper pipe preparation and fit-up. * Fabricate and weld pipe sets for various diameters, typically carbon steel and stainless steel (65mm - 500mm). * Responsible for highlighting any faults or damage to the machine and its tooling. * Clean tools, equipment, and work areas, maintaining a safe working environment. * To undertake training in line with company standards and any other duties deemed necessary by Management. * Complete Cross Training in various welding activities. * Always maintain a good working relationship with colleagues, whilst m...
