Are you a Service Engineer or similar from the water industry looking to take a step up into management, where you will be working a varied role and be given the opportunity to own your position and play a major part in the business, with full autonomy to manage your own team, alongside continued progression and funded training?

In this role, you will be organising job setups, coordinating engineer schedules, and managing daily workloads effectively. Overseeing projects end-to-end, maintaining open communication channels across the business. Moreover, the Service Manager oversees quality control measures, engages with clients to ensure their satisfaction, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service standards in water engineering.
This role would suit a Water Treatment Engineer or similar looking to step up into management, looking for a field-based role with occasional days in the office.
