We’re looking for an Associate Web Experience Manager to help shape, deliver, and optimise the experience across Sage.com, one of our most important global digital touchpoints. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our website not only looks great but performs brilliantly, driving engagement, efficiency, and growth.
As a hands‑on role, you’ll combine technical, analytical, and creative skills to enhance how customers experience Sage online. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams across digital delivery, design, eCommerce, and marketing, you’ll help deliver high‑quality, insight‑led web experiences that align with business goals and customer needs.
Location – Hybrid, 3 days per week in the Newcastle office.
What Will I Be Doing?
* Lead the effective use of Sitecore, working closely with design and technical teams to ensure the platform is used to its full potential.
* Support the digital tools strategy, using technologies like Content Square and Siteimprove to enhance user experience and streamline workflows.
* Analyse performance data and share insights that inform business decisions and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align web initiatives with strategic goals and marketing priorities.
* Apply digital marketing principles to ensure campaigns are effectively executed and web content supports SEO and performance outcomes.
* Support content creators in maintaining brand consistency and tone of voice across all digital experiences.
* Partner with eCommerce teams to deliver and optimise promotional activities in line with commercial targets.
* Maintain quality assurance (QA) best practices, ensuring smooth platform updates and excellent user experience.
* Stay ahead of the curve on AI innovations, exploring practical ways to enhance content creation and efficiency.
* Contribute to process improvement, documentation, and team collaboration within the Digital Delivery and Design function.

* Has experience managing enterprise‑level websites, ideally using Sitecore.
* Possesses strong analytical skills and proficiency with web analytics and insight tools.

* Understands digital marketing principles and how they drive web performance.
* Has experience with eCommerce strategy and promotional planning.
* Understands QA processes and web development lifecycles.
* Is skilled at identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
