Mobile Handyperson Accrington Area Global Facilities Management Organisation: Commercial
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently seeking a reliable and multi-skilled Mobile Handyperson to join a globally recognised facilities management organisation on a permanent basis. This industry-leading company provides first-class FM solutions across a range of commercial and industrial environments and is known for its commitment to service quality and staff development.
This is an excellent opportunity for a practical and hands-on professional to work across a portfolio of commercial sites in the Accrington area, carrying out a wide range of general maintenance and minor repair tasks.
Package:
£32,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
Company van and fuel card provided
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Participation in an on-call rota (to be confirmed)

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out general building maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs
Conduct routine inspections and respond to reactive maintenance requests promptly
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
Support specialist engineers with on-site works when required
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and tidy condition
Complete job reports and communicate effectively with the helpdesk and site teams
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar handyperson or general maintenance role, ideally within commercial or FM environments
Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general building fabric work
Full UK driving licence
Good communication and customer service skills
A proactive and flexible approach to work
