Offer description

From the day we opened our doors in 1971, MRI Software has built flexible, game-changing real estate software solutions to improve people’s lives. The only way to carry out that mission is to hire the absolute best employees on earth. People like you. Work hard, play hard. Always. Our relentless commitment to client success, our employee resource groups and our promise to empower our teams to reach their full potential are a few examples of what makes MRI Software special. And we’re insanely dedicated to creating a work environment that you look forward to every single day. That’s why we invest heavily in our employee engagement, so you enjoy the tech industry’s best perks. Together with the whole Pride, (lion roar for "family") employees, customers, and partners, we’re on a mission to break new ground and lead the real estate industry into a digital-first future. We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role can be based in any of our UK offices (London, Sleaford or Birmingham). Role Overview The Program Manager for Enterprise Architecture (EA) will design, implement, and scale program management practices that organize the architecture team into clear program areas. This role is responsible for driving structured planning, execution, and communication of architectural initiatives across the enterprise. The Program Manager will ensure that priorities are clear, execution is measurable, capacity is well-managed, and outcomes are visible to stakeholders. The role requires building a repeatable operating rhythm—program planning, sprint execution, readouts, retrospectives, and roadmap management—that keeps the architecture team focused, data-driven, and aligned to business objectives. Key Responsibilities Program Planning & Prioritization Develop and maintain a master, stack-ranked backlog of priorities for the EA team. Partner with architects to define program areas, initiatives, and associated deliverables. Facilitate alignment on scope, timelines, dependencies, and projected outcomes. Implement capacity planning to ensure deliberate, transparent prioritization. Program Execution Run two-week sprints across EA initiatives with defined goals and deliverables. Drive bi-weekly program readouts on progress, risks, and achievements. Facilitate retrospectives to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement. Ensure every initiative has clear timelines, milestones, and KPIs. Reporting & Evangelization Build and maintain dashboards to measure KPIs for each architecture domain (e.g., security, infrastructure, data, cloud, AI). Package progress and outcomes into executive-ready materials for the right audiences at the right times. Actively evangelize EA accomplishments and value across the organization. Governance & Standards Create and manage program templates, playbooks, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency. Establish a clear roadmap for the EA program, updated quarterly. Standardize reporting so decision-making is based on metrics, not opinions. Stakeholder Management Act as the central coordinator between architects, product teams, and business leaders. Drive alignment across cross-functional teams on dependencies and outcomes. Support organizational change management by ensuring architectural programs are visible, relevant, and business-aligned.
