The Field Sales Representatives are responsible for driving RSV sales growth at the store level. They ensure the client’s in-store presence & brand awareness is best-in-class, with activation plans & agreements executed with excellence. They own the field sales agenda and support the team of Brand Ambassadors (BAs), as well as coordinating with the wider field team and external field sales agencies. Key Responsibilities Territory management: Plan and manage sales activities in an assigned call file of stores, maximising coverage and efficiency, ensuring each store receives regular visits and follow-ups. RSV growth: Responsible for growing sales across the territory, through focusing on compliance to head office agreements, availability, incremental orders and secondary locations. Customer relationship management: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with store managers, seeking also to engage regional managers in the area, to drive business growth. Market intelligence: Gather and report competitive activity, customer insights, market trends, retailer updates, ideas and inspiration to inform sales strategies. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of visits and interventions made (through Bowimi platform), submitting reports of sales performance vs objectives accurately and on time. Collaboration: Coordinate with other Field Sales Representatives, the Brand Ambassador team, the wider Grocery sales team, and other field representatives to ensure maximum impact, availability and campaign success. Candidate Requirements Essential: A self-starter, able to operate independently and prioritise to achieve targets set. Strong drive for results, with a results-oriented mindset. Entrepreneurial mindset & creative problem solver. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Confident to negotiate & influence with store colleagues and managers. Able to manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. Strong skills in data tracking & analysis, to identify growth opportunities. Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in English. For SW London territory: daily access to personal car, and a clean drivers' license. Non-essential: Prior experience of working in field sales, business development, sales, or marketing. Prior experience in the FMCG sector. What is on offer?
