Experience required…
Essential:
6. Excellent knowledge of EV Infrastructure
7. Significant experience in delivering Civil Engineering projects and qualifications in this discipline
8. Excellent report writing, communication and teamwork skills.
9. Experience of water and wastewater projects.
10. Confidence and experience of meeting with internal and external clients and of producing proposals.
11. Willingness to travel to meet the needs of specific projects is desirable
12. Analytical and problem solving, attention to detail and creative thinking.
13. Experience in design and build projects.
14. High level of commercial awareness.
15. Demonstrated experience in developing business and forming strong client relationships including an ability to deal directly with clients.
16. A proven ability of managing and growing a team, with strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and maintain a highly motivated project delivery team.
Desirable:
17. Previous experience working for a water company
18. HND, HNC would be advantageous
19. Project Management qualification or be working towards a qualification in this area.
20. Good working knowledge of different contract types (including NEC), and different procurement options is desirable.
