What you'll be doing
We are looking for Procurement Contracts Assistant for a 6-12 month fixed term contract which will be for 30 hours a week. In this role you will provide assistance to the Procurement and Contracts team, as well as internal and external stakeholders and customers, to ensure that all procurement activities are compliant with legislation, best practice and CHP's policies and processes.
1. Provide administrative support to the Procurement and Contracts team, providing procurement and contract data and preparing relevant documentation.
2. Manage Contractor and Supplier applications, ensuring effective service to stakeholders.
3. Maintain the Contractor and supplier annual declaration process, Contracts register, and supplier applications, ensuring accurate and compliant data.
