Role: Childcare Solicitor Location: Leicestershire – hybrid Umbrella Rate: £50 - £60ph PAYE Inc. Rate: £44.10 - £52.79ph Contract Length: 3 months ongoing Key Responsibilities Provide advocacy and legal representation in the Magistrates’ Court and County Court, and when suitably experienced, in the Family Division of the High Court. Advise officers, members, panels, and case conferences on matters relating to child protection and other children’s services responsibilities. Handle your own Childcare Law caseload from start to completion.About You Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with experience in childcare or family law (public sector experience desirable). Strong advocacy skills and the ability to manage sensitive and complex cases.
