Warehouse Manager
Oversee end‑to‑end warehouse operations to support production schedules and customer commitments. Lead and develop the warehouse team, ensure inventory accuracy, enforce safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and systems. The internal title for this role is: Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Production Supervision.
Responsibilities
* Leading daily warehouse operations including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, and material staging
* Ensuring accurate inventory through cycle counts, discrepancy root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions
* Coordinating timely material flow to manufacturing lines to support production schedules and prevent shortages
* Managing, developing, and engaging warehouse personnel through training, scheduling, and performance management
* Enforcing health, safety, and compliance standards while maintaining equipment and safe working practices
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimise layout, workflow, and productivity while reducing waste
* Managing ERP/WMS transactions, documentation, and audit‑ready records for warehouse operations
* Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, working with carriers to resolve delivery and shipment issues
Qualifications
* Have relevant experience managing warehouse or manufacturing operations in a fast‑paced environment
* Have strong leadership and team‑management capability
* Have proven experience with ERP systems and inventory control processes
* Have knowledge of lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence principles
* Have a solid understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements
* Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational decisions
* Have clear written and verbal communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset
* Have forklift certification or the ability to obtain it
Working Hours – This role follows a structured on‑site working pattern of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 07:30–16:00 and Friday 07:30–13:00, supporting effective collaboration and operational delivery.
