We are looking for an Administrator in Cumbria
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced environment in West Cumbria, with an immediate start available. This is a key front-facing role within the business, supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination of deliveries.
Pay: £12.70
Role Responsibilities:
* Managing incoming and outgoing drivers, including booking in deliveries and collections
* Liaising with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure deliveries run smoothly
* Completing general administrative and computer-based tasks
* Updating systems, paperwork, and delivery records accurately
* Acting as the face of the business, providing a professional and welcoming first point of contact
Key Details:
* Full-time hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 to 16:00
* Ongoing position with long-term opportunities
* Office-based role within a busy operational environment
Requirements:
* Good computer skills and confidence using IT systems
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Well-organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure
* A positive attitude and professional manner
