Overview
The client is seeking a Small Works Manager to deliver minor FM projects, building fabric repairs, and asset replacement works across a large commercial building. The role supports the hard FM service by coordinating planned and reactive small works safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver FM small works from scope to completion.
2. Coordinate contractors and liaise with FM/engineering teams.
3. Plan works to minimise disruption in an occupied building.
4. Ensure compliance with FM standards, H&S, CDM, and permit procedures.
5. Manage budgets, variations, and project records.
6. Provide clear updates to the FM manager and onsite stakeholders.
Requirements
7. Experience delivering FM small works or minor projects in commercial buildings.
8. Understanding of hard FM, building fabric, or basic M&E systems.
9. Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
10. Knowledge of H&S requirements and RAMS.
11. SMSTS/IOSH/NEBOSH desirable.
