This role is perfect for someone eager to make a significant impact, offering full autonomy to shape the culinary direction and introduce trendy, flavourful dishes. Day-to-day of the role: Develop and introduce new, trendy dishes that align with the latest culinary trends. Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients. Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and ensure consistent performance. Oversee the kitchen's financial budget, including cost control and kitchen expenses. Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, including HACAP. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience at a senior level, ideally as a Sous Chef or higher. Demonstrated creativity and a passion for developing new and exciting dishes. Excellent organisational and stock control skills. Competence with HACAP and other food safety management systems. Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and motivating a team.
