Job Title: Service Administrator - EV Support Team
Location: Poole (moving to Christchurch, BH23)
Pay: £12.60 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (Office-based)
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our clients Electric Vehicle (EV) Support Team.
In this busy, desk-based role, you'll handle incoming calls, emails, and fault reports, book engineer appointments, and support both internal and external customers. You'll play a key part in helping meet service level agreements and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
* Log and dispatch faults in line with customer contracts
* Book appointments for engineers using our internal system
* Manage shared mailboxes and respond professionally to queries
* Take incoming calls from engineers and customers
* Support with admin tasks and contract queries
What we're looking for:
* Strong admin and coordination skills
* Confident using Outlook, Word and Excel
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Able to work under pressure and manage a busy workload
* A team player who can also work independently
