This organisation is well-established within their industry and prides themselves on the service that they provide to their customers. They're looking for Customer Service Advisers to join their team. They're based in Trafford Park and are easily accessible via both car and public transport.
Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Responding to customer enquiries via phone and emails
2. Assisting customers with online hire bookings and queries
3. Providing updates on order status and delivery times
4. Resolving issues efficiently and professionally
5. Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service
6. Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
7. Supporting with general administrative tasks as needed
8. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
What you'll need to succeed
You will need:
9. Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within business-to-business (B2B)
10. Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal
11. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
12. Confidence using IT systems and managing multiple tasks
13. A proactive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset
What you'll get in return
