Working days:
As a Sales Progressor, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday
Our client is offering the successful Sales Progressor:
1. Circa basic salary of £25,000
2. Realistic OTE of £32,000
3. Ongoing training & support
4. Free Parking
As a Sales Progressor, your role will involve:
5. Liaising with the buyer, seller, and other parties in the chain.
6. Completion of property information
7. Chasing enquires raised
8. Dealing with additional actions your buyers will need to take
9. Chasing Exchange of contracts
10. Progressing sales from offer agreed to completion
11. Guide clients throughout the process of the sale
12. Provide excellent customer service
13. Chase paperwork
To be considered for the role of a Sales Progressor, you must have:
14. Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
16. Organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
17. A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
18. Ability to progress Property sales through to completion
19. Experience in Sales Progression / Conveyancing
