This position is perfect for a Psychology Graduate looking to progress into teaching, educational psychology, or future Cover Supervisor roles. As a Psychology Graduate, you will collaborate with SEN staff, pastoral teams, and classroom teachers to deliver tailored interventions.
Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, or anxiety
* Deliver behaviour mentoring and emotional‑support activities
* Assist classroom teachers with lesson support
* Monitor and record pupil progress
* Promote positive routines and resilience
Ideal Candidate
* Empathetic Psychology Graduate with a genuine passion for SEN
* Interest in long‑term careers in education
* Calm, patient, and consistent
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
