Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Crecy care home, you will ensure that residents receive personalized care, including bathing, dressing, and oral care, while actively promoting their right to choice and independence. You will contribute to and carry out care reviews to ensure residents' plans reflect their needs. Additionally, you will administer residents' medication in a safe and compliant manner, as well as lead and participate in trips, social engagements, and activities within the home.
