Job Opportunity: UK Registered Nurse
We are seeking a UK Registered Nurse to join our team in developing the Care and Treatment Service within the North Locality, including hubs in Pitlochry, Aberfeldy, and Blairgowrie, with some outreach to rural GP practices. Coverage across the North Locality will be required.
The post holder will contribute to the Community Care and Treatment Services team by providing high-quality healthcare, managing clinics such as wound care, phlebotomy, chronic disease monitoring, leg ulcer assessment and management, anticoagulation, phototherapy, and minor injuries.
Working with a diverse caseload, you will collaborate with the team and other healthcare professionals to meet patient needs, delivering safe, holistic, patient-centered, and evidence-based care.
You will partner with other agencies, patients, carers, and relatives, based on the organisation's values, to enhance the community multidisciplinary team and integrated working models.
Candidate Requirements
* Positive attitude towards change and commitment to high standards of patient care.
* Evidence of ongoing professional development relevant to the role, with support for further training.
* Registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA, or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register.
Additional Information
Hours of work: 24 hours per week, currently Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30.
