HR Business Partner
* Based in Manchester, 3 days a week in the office, 2 days working from home
* 12-month FTC
* International travel to the US – likely 1-2 weeks per quarter
* Paying up to £70k
Medlock Partners are seeking a HR Business Partner to join a fast-growing global organisation operating within the professional services sector. This role partners with senior leaders across the UK, US, and other regions to drive people strategy, build capability, and foster a high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
* Partner with leaders to align people plans with business goals
* Provide advice on employee relations and coach managers through complex issues
* Support workforce planning, change initiatives, and talent development
* Champion an inclusive, high-performing culture
* Help improve HR processes and engagement across global teams
Key requirements of the HR Business Partner:
* Proven HR Business Partner, preferably with a background in consulting/professional services
* Strong understanding of UK & US HR practices is essential
* Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
* Comfortable with regular travel to the US
