Your new role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll join a collaborative and high‑performing cost management team, taking responsibility for delivering end‑to‑endmercial support across a varied portfolio of projects.
Your work will include a blend of:
Cost &mercial Management
7. Preparing cost plans and feasibility studies at early design stages
8. Managing procurement strategies, tender processes and contractor negotiations
9. Producing BOQs, tender documentation, and cost reports
10. Forecasting budgets, cashflow andmercial risk
11. Supporting value engineering and strategic decision‑making
12. Managing change control, variations and valuations
13. Assisting with contract administration under NEC and JCT forms
Client & Project Engagement
14. Acting as a consistent, trusted point of contact for clients
15. Attending design team and progress meetings
16. Building strong relationships across consultant, contractor and stakeholder teams
17. Supporting senior colleagues on major,plex schemes
18. Helping to drive innovation, sustainability and best practice within project delivery
You will see projects from inception throughpletion, gaining wide exposure and the autonomy to shape workstreams, influence decisions and further develop your technical expertise.

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
25. Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within consultancy or a client‑side environment
26. Strong understanding of construction costs,mercial management and procurement
27. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively
28. Excellentmunication and stakeholder‑management skills
29. Confidence working in client‑facing situations
30. Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
31. MRICS chartership (or actively working toward it) is beneficial but not essential.
32. A proactive, solutions‑focused attitude and a genuine interest in delivering high‑quality work
