Main purpose of the role
The Senior Land Planning Manager will support the Land and Partnerships Director in delivering the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy for Yorkshire East. Based at our Lakeside office in Doncaster, the role ensures planning strategy and delivery align with the pre‑development programme and enables site starts that match Cap Ex forecasts and budgets. The successful candidate will source, manage and progress land and partnership opportunities, acting as the key point of contact for all planning matters in the region and presenting at senior leadership meetings.

Skills, knowledge & experience
* Experience in a senior planning role within the housebuilding or consultancy industry.
* Proven track record in planning and land acquisition, with strong understanding of the planning process, the NPPF and planning legislation.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen, and the ability to influence senior decision makers.
* Creative, collaborative and passionate leadership, able to motivate cross‑functional teams.
* Excellent communication skills, able to present confidently at key meetings.
