* Prepare pupils for internal assessments and public examinations (GCSE/A Level)
* Differentiate teaching to support all learners, including high-attaining pupils and those requiring additional support

Essential
* A degree in English or a related subject
* Teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS or equivalent)
