Business Development Manager – Travel Homeworking
Leeds / Remote (UK-based)
Up to £40,000 + Bonus
We’re partnering with an award-winning, fast-growing travel business to find an experienced Business Development Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected brand known for exceptional service and a strong commercial offering. With an expanding network of travel homeworkers, they’re looking for a commercially driven individual to support their next phase of growth.

What you’ll be doing:
* Recruiting high-quality travel homeworkers
* Developing and optimising recruitment channels
* Managing marketing across social, web, trade press & events
* Supporting and growing an existing network to maximise performance
* Delivering training, coaching & ongoing support
* Building strong, long-term relationships
* Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
* Keeping ahead of market trends and competitors
* Representing the brand at selected industry events
* Reporting on performance and insights
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management (travel industry essential)
* Strong understanding of homeworking travel models
* Proven success in recruitment and/or network growth
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Self‑motivated with a strong commercial mindset
* Comfortable working remotely in a fast‑paced environment
* Able to attend occasional meetings and industry events
