One Way Group is moving from founder/director-led account management to structured commercial ownership that can scale. This hire is a key part of that evolution.
You will report directly to the owners and take full responsibility for client account management - developing relationships, structure and commercial discipline that supports both exceptional service and profitable growth.

As we scale, we are now seeking a commercially sharp Senior Account Manager to take full ownership of our existing accounts and drive structured growth.
What You'll Be Doing
* Take full commercial ownership of existing accounts
* Act as primary contact for client-side decision-makers
* Manage orders ranging from £1k reactive works to £1m+ installations
* Identify and drive cross-site and cross-service growth
* Introduce structure to forecasting and account planning
* Protect margin while ensuring seamless coordination with delivery teams
What We're Looking For
* Experience growing B2B accounts (not just maintaining them)
* Be comfortable discussing six and seven-figure contracts
* Understand margin in service-led businesses
* Be confident working directly with technical stakeholders
* Be structured, proactive and commercially driven
* Based within reach of our Staffordshire office (with client site visits)
Background in one of the following is highly desirable:
* Electrical contracting
* Facilities management
* Industrial or technical services
* Compliance and inspection services

Pay: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
